Purchase control

• Multiple suppliers, with multiple currency with different supplier terms and lead times are supported.
• Manufacturer interfaces to process invoices and order confirmation files electronically. These include mass goods receipt, container management, container, case and sub- case facilities with barcode scanning for goods in/goods out and stock checking.

Order processing and pricing

• Dealer Connect provides a business to business ‘always on’ solution for parts stock and pricing enquiries, placing and tracking orders and uploading stock orders generated from the dealer management system.
• Dealer Invoices are available for download as PDF files.
• Part Supercession is managed within the system ensuring the correct parts are always delivered.
• Dealer discount matrix allows different price terms by order type and parts category.

Warehouse management

• Autoline IMS can be operated as a warehouse management system to provide seamless integration of parts processes from suppliers and dealers.
• The system has multi franchise and multiple warehouse location capability.
• Automatic picking note production sorted by binning locations to optimise pick and scheduled by dealer route or order type streamlining the distribution of parts.
• RF Bar code hand held scanners are supported for picking and stock taking. Container processing with cross docking and back order clearance.

Cost analysis

• FIFO (First in First out) or Average cost models supported.
• Posting of purchases invoice from suppliers updates the General Ledger with the costs of goods plus any uplift factors covering insurance, freight and duty.
• All invoicing is fully integrated into Autoline accounting modules.
