EnCarp offers an easy and efficient system for managing Employee and Non Commercial Carparking. It allocates Carparking bays to employees, staff, visitors, contractors and others in workplaces e.g. offices, government, businesses, factories, hotels or establishments. It is also useful in residential, building society, retirement villages or places where unauthorised parking is problem.

Carparking Bay booking offers a convenient way of Carparking. It saves times for workplaces by eliminating un-necessary search for a suitable spot in a parking when parking is abundant. When there is not so much of parking spots, the software assists in allocating car parking spots or bays. With the software, you can apply rules so that parking use is equitable to everyone. It can also track utilisation of bays by departments or business units or constituent companies in shared carpark for accounting and billing purposes.

The software is Internet and Intranet based and is accessible on Internet Explorer (browser). It is a light weight product that works even on slow networks or PDAs. It has easy to navigate pages including Carpark Displays. It comes with facility to send SMS and Email alerts when certain events happen. The program has utilities to manage offenders, waiting list, hot spots, fringe tax benefits. This easy to configure software can be deployed within no time.

How Does it work?

The software (called program hereinafter) is deployed on Internet or Intranet or hosted on Envision IT server, as may be convenient to customers. Users access the software through Internet Explorer on their desktop. To be an authorised user, they need first to register with the program. They do so through a form that can be customised as per workplace needs. The users access the program by login with user name and password.

Once in the program, the users can view the Carpark maps to find location or display Carpark to see floor or carpark bays layout. By clicking a bay, they can find details of the Carpark booking. When allowed, they can search for a spot and book it as per their privileges. Otherwise, they send a request to the Carparking Manager who books bay for them or places them in 'Waiting List'. The users can also send their grievances or complaints or offender information through the program.

The program has facility for 'Group' wherein people can be clubbed in groups for easy managements. Groups can be assigned various privileges, for example they can have their own administrator or bays amongst themselves.

The program works on 'need to basis' and users get to see only the information relevant to them. For example, when a user makes searches, he can only find 'empty' bays or slots or spots that he is entitled to book.

Administrative Functions

Carparking Manager or its assignee can manage Administrative functions. These are defined as:
